Watch: How Admissions Works
Watch this step-by-step walkthrough to learn how to complete your Academy admissions process.
Your Path to Enrollment
Six clear steps from selecting your program to beginning your training.
- 1
Choose Your Training Program
Explore the available certifications and select the training that matches your goals. Provide initial contact information so our admissions team can reach you.
- 2
Complete Your Application and $25 Fee
Pay the non-refundable New Student Application Fee through the official checkout. This fee is separate from tuition and does not enroll you in coursework.
- 3
Sign Required Documents
Arrest Disclosure and Criminal Consent are sent together in one document-signing request. Complete both through the Academy's approved signing system.

- 4
Academy Staff Reviews Your File
An authorized Academy staff member reviews your submitted information and background internally and manually determines the next step. You do not need to visit the Academy solely for this review.
- 5
Complete Onboarding and Tuition After Approval
If approved, complete the New Student Onboarding process and pay the applicable tuition for your selected program. Tuition is collected only after approval.
- 6
Receive Training Instructions and Begin
After all requirements are satisfied, receive your training instructions, materials, and any applicable course access — then begin your training.
Step 1 — Select Your Training Program
Choose a program to begin. You'll be guided through the application fee and required documents.
New Student Application Fee
The $25 New Student Application Fee begins the admissions/background-review process and is not tuition. After payment, you'll receive confirmation and be directed to complete your Arrest Disclosure and Criminal Consent documents. This fee does not enroll you in any course and does not guarantee admission, certification, licensing, or employment — it begins the staff review process.
Understanding the $25 Application Fee
The $25 New Student Application Fee is required to begin the Academy's official admissions process. It is separate from program tuition and does not guarantee admission. Required documentation and staff review must be completed before enrollment can be approved. The fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward tuition.
