Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: November 5, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions describe general website use, training registration, and enrollment procedures for the Law Enforcement & Security Private Training Academy (the “Academy”), operating in Georgia. By requesting admission or participating in Academy training, applicants and students acknowledge that additional program-specific enrollment requirements and written agreements may apply.
For questions about these Terms, contact the Academy before submitting payment or enrollment documents.
2. Admissions & Enrollment
New students must complete the Academy’s official admissions process, including the $25 New Student Application Fee, required Arrest Disclosure and Criminal Consent documents, and an authorized Academy staff review.
Payment of the application fee begins the admissions process but does not guarantee admission, certification, licensing, or employment.
Following approval, students complete the required onboarding process and arrange payment of applicable program tuition before training materials or course access are issued.
Returning students generally follow the Academy’s separate continuing education and requalification procedures.
3. Tuition, Payments & Refund Inquiries
The $25 New Student Application Fee is non-refundable and separate from program tuition.
Tuition varies according to the selected certification program and is communicated before payment. Applicable tuition payment instructions, cancellation procedures, refund conditions, and any approved payment arrangements must be reviewed with the Academy before tuition is collected.
Applicants and students should contact Academy staff with questions about refunds, cancellations, transfers, or rescheduling before submitting tuition payments.
Group training and organizational enrollment arrangements may be subject to separate written agreements.
4. Course Completion
Students have 30–60 days from their date of enrollment to complete all required coursework and testing, depending on their selected training program.
Each student’s applicable completion deadline will be communicated during enrollment.
Training may be self-paced where permitted by the program; however, students must satisfy all required coursework, examinations, practical qualifications, attendance requirements, and certification standards.
Completing coursework does not automatically guarantee certification. Final certificate issuance is subject to applicable qualification requirements, file review, and Academy staff approval.
Students who do not complete their training by the assigned deadline should contact the Academy to discuss available options. Any applicable extension, re-enrollment, or additional payment requirements must be confirmed by Academy staff before the student agrees to them.
5. Certification & Employment
The Academy is a vocational training institution. Completion of training prepares students to meet requirements; employment is never guaranteed. Hiring opportunities depend on employer availability, candidate qualifications, state licensing requirements, background check eligibility, and individual hiring criteria.
Licensing and certification depend on applicable requirements. Students must meet the standards of their specific program. Academy staff review is required before issuance of appropriate Academy certificates.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must provide accurate enrollment information and comply with program instructions and Academy policies. Falsification of records may result in dismissal. Students may access only their own limited certification status and may not access another student’s information or staff-only administrative records.
7. Home Study Materials
Certain Academy programs may include physical study manuals, instructional materials, or other resources issued for student use.
Requirements concerning possession, care, return, and any applicable charges for these materials depend on the specific program. Students should review the applicable material-handling instructions with Academy staff before receiving materials. Any required return deadlines or charges must be disclosed and agreed to before they are enforced.
8. Changes to Terms
The Academy may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in training programs, administrative procedures, or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised date. Changes do not automatically replace separate written agreements already entered into with students.
